This post photo is of one of our favorite fruit stands along Hwy. 20 between Colusa and Williams California is Correias Fruit Stand. They have some of the best peaches in the valley, and great service! As we were passing through Williams, I had to stop to capture some quick images of the Depues Warehouse, a working grain storage warehouse that must have some great history. See gallery for more pictures of our journey.
As we are still looking for rural property when we sell our home/studio here in Reno, we had an invitation to visit a small 10 acre farm in Ft. Bragg California. The owner is wonderful and not only shared the history of her little farm on the coast, but allowed me to run free with my camera on the property. Thank you! A few of the pictures are in our gallery page, and may be framed next year or if anyone is interested in purchasing a copy sooner.
A visit to Noyo Harbor kept me entertained with shots of the working harbor, old buildings, crab pots and RUST! We stopped by a wonderful little store of imported items and yard sculptures, where they allowed me to shoot freely outside. "Sacred Wood" is a great stop at the harbor to explore and shop when you are down there. So check out our gallery page, enjoy the late summer beauty and stay in touch with us! Thanks to everyone for your friendship and hospitality this summer!
Blessings, John and Pamela
